They not only emptied all of the junk out of the unit themselves at no charge, but they also coordinated bringing in a cleaning crew and provided great advice on what should and shouldn't be done before trying to sell. Once the unit was listed and offers started coming in, again Matt provided great info and advice. He explained the details so I could understand and broke down the pros and cons of each offer. Fortunately, the decision was pretty easy. All this happened while I was out of town, but Matt was able to send me everything needing signatures via esign, so keeping the ball rolling was easy. Matt and Jennifer went above and beyond and helped to make what was a stressful couple of months so much better than they could've been. Thanks again to you both!
