- Michael CeollaMatt and Jennifer were amazing! They helped me sell my condo which I had been leasing out. It closed for over asking price just today! I first hired Matt to represent me in a sale to a predetermined buyer, my tenant, for a very reasonable fee with the understanding I would use him to do a traditional sale and listing if the sale to my tenant fell through. Matt provided great information and advice during that process. Unfortunately, the sale to my tenant fell through, then he stopped paying rent on time, and then altogether. After I finally got him out that's when Matt and Jennifer really went above and beyond. The unit was a disaster. It was dirty, damaged, and my tenant left a bunch of junk that needed to be tossed. This all happened when I was busy with other time-sensitive things which I couldn't set aside, so I couldn't take care of all that crap right then. Yet I needed to sell the unit quickly because it costs me money each month. Matt and Jennifer to the rescue! They not only emptied all of the junk out of the unit themselves at no charge, but they also coordinated bringing in a cleaning crew and provided great advice on what should and shouldn't be done before trying to sell. Once the unit was listed and offers started coming in, again Matt provided great info and advice. He explained the details so I could understand and broke down the pros and cons of each offer. Fortunately, the decision was pretty easy. All this happened while I was out of town, but Matt was able to send me everything needing signatures via esign, so keeping the ball rolling was easy. Matt and Jennifer went above and beyond and helped to make what was a stressful couple of months so much better than they could've been. Thanks again to you both!
