Top notch communication. I was able to get ahold of Matt at almost any time, Monday through Sunday. He was very good at keeping us informed and on track, while also giving us insight into the future steps for us to plan ahead. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire process very smooth. He put in a lot of effort in getting our home purchased within the 1 month time frame. The free box truck service also helped us save on moving costs. P.S. We chose the free apple pie, but next year we might choose the pumpkin.
