This is the second time we worked with Matt. The first time we were looking for a house and he was quite patient with us....especially me, and worked on showing us a number of properties before we finally made a decision to buy. The second time he helped us sell my mother's house. Within a couple of weeks we had competitive offers and sold it for more than we were asking. Matt and Jenn are friendly and very easy to work with. Quick to answer any questions we had and offering advice on things we might not have thought of.
