I first met Matt at the closing table when I was a buyer for one of his listings in 2022 and I knew then after seeing the professionalism he brought to that closing that I wanted him to sell my condo when the time came which was now after 2.5 years. From day 1; Matt and his wife Jennifer were ready to go when I was and were so easy to work with. They were there with any question I had about the selling process and were always reachable whether it be via text messsge or email for me. As a deaf person; it was very appreciative to work with people who understood the best ways to communicate with me. And lastly, a free moving truck provided was a huge help for moving day. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt Deadman homes for buying and selling in the Madison area. Thank you for a wonderful and smooth selling experience!!
