I was contemplating selling my house myself! I’m glad I didn’t! He and Jenn are professional, compassionate and realistic! He simplified the process of making a plan to get my house ready to sell and having them be my cheerleaders helped motivate me not to give up during a very emotional time in my life. The non judgemental support and help through some contractual work I had problems with, meant all the difference. They even offered and showed up to help me rake the fall leaves leftover from the previous fall to help get my house ready. People like the Deadmans make me see all the good in Real Estate. Unfortunately, back in Illinois I used Another agent and my experience was less than par. Matt got me more than asking and helped me stand tall when the deal almost shattered with the buyers continued asks. Don’t let his quiet calm demeanor fool you. He can be a pitbull when needed!
