Matt and I grew up in the same neighborhood together and our families knew each other so I knew that I could trust him, and I knew how hard he works for his real estate business. Matt exceeded our expectations as he came through with his knowledge of real estate in the area as well as the process of building a new home, the positive connections he has with other realtors, and the quality of the work he did to sell our home and show us new homes. Beyond that, Matt was fun to work with. He is a kind and genuine person with a great sense of humor. Matt genuinely cares about his clients and the community. He was always quick to respond and ready to look at homes on short notice and always had a positive and caring attitude.
